At HappyPets.ie, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy is here to help. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

  • To return an item, please email us at info@happypets.ie with your order details.
  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2.2 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Approval

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@happypets.ie.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchanges Process

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@happypets.ie and send your item to: Happypets.ie, Greystones, Co.Wicklow, Ireland.

5. Sale Items

5.1 Sale Items Refunds

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
